With 24 years experience in Central Oregon real estate, Nancy has the proven skills, experience and resources to help define her clients' goals and options in the ever changing local market. Licensed and practicing locally since 1996, Nancy has a successful history of listing and sales activity varying from bare land lots to high end custom homes, golf communities, vacation getaways and equestrian properties.

Professional experience includes having owned and managed Melrose Realty, a successful boutique real estate brokerage on Bend's Westside and serving the Central Oregon Association of Realtors in a variety of positions including Government Affairs Chair, State Director and Association President. Nancy also served the Oregon Association of Realtors on the Government Affairs Key Objective Group expanding upon her interest in issues and legislation affecting her customers in their real estate transactions.

Personal experience includes extensive foreign travel and living abroad numerous times, including almost a decade as a small business owner in Europe.
